Delivery in the Netherlands
Ordering from ArribaB2B is easy! In collaboration with DHL, every order placed before 11:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped immediately so that you receive the order as quickly as possible. In addition to super-fast delivery, Arriba Nutrition B2B does not charge shipping costs from €400 (minimum order amount).
NB! For large shipments that can only be transported on pallets, an amount of €100 per EU pallet will be charged on the invoice.

Delivery in Belgium
For deliveries in Belgium before 11:00 PM, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery in other European countries
In other countries in Europe, ordered before 23:00, transit takes between 2 and 5 working days.

Delivery via DHL
DHL will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home with the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox. It states at which DHL Service Point you can pick up the package. You have 7 days to collect the package, otherwise the package will be returned.
Returns
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return the products. When you have reported that you wish to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to Arribanutrition.com within 14 days.
Products for which hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, can only be returned unopened and in undamaged condition (possibly with intact seal). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge this.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation
